WILD Wired Experience

hi everyone.

So it was my third time trying WILD, every night i learned something new about what was going on with my body. But this third time was like nothing i had read in some tut's. First i put my body in a comfortable position, closed my eyes, and kept my mind awake, by telling myself "not to move a muscle and breathe". everything went normal, body got numb, but then my body was getting weight less, my head was raising up slowly off my pillow without me moving it. then came my legs. I thought i was dreaming, but i had my eyes closed and it was pitch black at the back of my eyes. i got scared so i open my eyes, just to find myself in my room. Again i thought i was dreaming and was in my first LD, but hopes went down when i did a RC, and i wasn't dreaming. can anybody tell me what happened?

Sensations of floating limbs and entire bodies are a good indication of sleep paralysis, a completely natural process used to make sure you don't run about in your room while dreaming.

In future WILD attempts you may also notice buzzing, ripping sounds, crashing of waves, vibrations and other odd experiences, its all very natural and happens to you everynight, you're just usually unconscious at the time.

This is a good sign that you're making progress, next stop lucidity, keep up the good work!

i'm happy i have found this forum, there's a lot of good information here, but this information is really going to help me alot. i did not know floating was normal, but now i know, thanks again.

another wired thing,

i tried to WILD last night. body got numb, i felt a vibration for once.
Then came the floating part, this time it was just my head. it kept raising up, but as i relaxed it went back down. until it stayed in mid-air. should i just let the floating part just take me?(let myself go?). after a while i waited... and waited...still pitch black...but nothing. i kept telling myself," next thing is going to be a dream", but after i lost myself for a while, and suddenly my eyes just open by themself, like i got sacred or something, and i was in my room, still in SP i did not move, and tried again. my neck was sore, so i just gave up and moved. went back to sleep, and let myself wonder, to a normal dream.
any help?
P.S do not get me wrong, i just gave up that night, but i won't give up in having my first LD.
