Stopping my death

This mourning I had this crazy dream and it just occurred to me that I could have been lucid at one point. The dream went like this:

I am in one of my friend’s house when all of the sudden there is a line of cars driving down his street. My friend tells me to duck because we are getting "sprayed" I drop to the ground and all this gun fire goes off. I'm like I have got to get the hell out of here. I run for the screen door and once outside in the darkness I see, standing in front of me,a young kid with a machine gun. I look him in he eyes and he runs off. Then another guy with a machine gun comes, I charge him and he gets off three shots at me. I feel the wound but there is no blood. I some how escape. My dad comes to take me to the hospital and once I get there, the guys with the guns come back again. They shot me and this time I die. I never once woke through out the dream. I think to myself I’m not going to die and I see the last moments of my dreams in reverse. I am once again lying on the hospital bed and talking to the nurse and then I wake up.
Any thought would be helpful could I have been lucid?

perhapse ur subconcions in the dream didnt want to die, so it partially gave u control to change what happened, or to "ressurect"

I think it's gaming philosophy :) When I die in a dream, I'm automatically resurrected and respawn earlier in a dream....

I don't know i'm just guessing to but maybe you were seeing how you are gonna die or just maybe your dream was just giving you a warning sign to slow down or be careful with your life for now. :okbyenow:
