Verbal commands in LD's - also a sleep tip!? (Prob silly!)
OK so had my 4th LD in 8 days last night...
It was great...as always! Was in a car that I couldnt stop - was no driver and hand brake didnt work. Then I realised I was dreaming so I climbed out of the window and flew along side the car but I couldnt keep up with it. After flying high into the air and not being able to super speed fly, I landed. I was looking around and the dream wasn't too clear. It wasnt fading but wasn't the clearest so I tried my 1st verbal command (apart from summoning someone which I did last week) and said out loud
"Higher lucidity"
In an instant, the dream became crystal clear and I was so amazed! It was so real that it started fading very quickly so i span on the spot saying "I'm dreaming" and I could feel myself waking up and also going into another dream. When I opened my eyes I was in another dream and i still knew it! I was going to let the dream take its own course to see what my subconcious was going to throw at me but I was so aware of what was happening, that my mind must have made me wake up!
Anyway, the tip:
I've noticed that when I awake from an LD, I am always sleeping on my back, face up. I normally sleep on my side, and dont remember waking up on my side after LD'ing. What I am saying, no matter how daft it sounds, is that maybe when your head is straight, the fluids in your ears are level and could affect your mind somehow? :?:  Just thought I'd let you know.
Thanks for reading this rather long post :)
