Strange lucid experience in the morning.

Something strange has happened to be the past two mornings.

When I wake up in the morning, I'll usually wake up about an hour before I actually get up, and I can drift in and out in this time. It started yesterday. I've been trying to FILD like this, and eventually (I can't remember getting there) I was underwater, talking with some people. Suddenly, I realize I'm dreaming, since I'm underwater and I'm breathing. But everything had a weird feeling, like it was in my head, or something. If I were to try and move, it wouldn't work. It was like I was imagining it, just very vivid, but dream-wise, it was horrible. Everything was dark, and I couldn't control anything...maybe I just wasn't concentrating enough.


Secondly, this morning I just saw these lyrics (can't remember what they said) but this time, I knew I was dreaming from the beginning. I couldn't make the words disappear or move, once again, but perhaps I'm just not telling myself I can.

I'll be more confident tomorrow morning, and see if anything changes, but in the meantime, if anybody has any explanation as to what's happening, or suggestions, that'd be great.
