well thats really called shape shifting and yes ive shifted into a sort of weird animal like a dog but nearly remeber...lol its very cool
Yes you can pretty much turn into anything in a dream. I have been a multitude of animals etc.
Did you mean to say This thing happened once when I became lucid and turned into a Rainbow or Rambo? I have never turned into a Rainbow but I see how Rambo would be possible.
rambo and i ment with out you thinking about it just a switch at the moment of lucidness.
So right when you go Lucid you switch bodies? I can't say that has happened to me before.
I think Billy Bob once mentioned transforming into a rock. I haven't transformed into another creature, but I have 'cloned' myself and experienced split vision/hearing simultaneously! Very trippy...

i've had a lot of non-lucid experiences where i will randomly switch viewpoints during the course of a dream narrative. for example, i will start as some omniscient source watching events unfold, and then i will seamlessly become one of the main characters, then i will suddenly be someone else thinking about or talking to that previous person. this never strikes me, though, until i wake up.
I have yet to turn into a turd, though I have been called one.
