Shifting between a dream
I was having a dream where I was in a uh...I guess grocery store or something. I was completely lucid...flying around, etc.
I then had the instant feeling that the dream was going to end in any second. It did...I then found myself(that is myself as in my consciousness) no where. I wasn't anywhere...I don't really know how to describe it other than that. I guess it was about 2 or 3 minutes that I was no where...there was no light...I was just in my thoughts. All I was was thought...does that make sense?
Anyway after 2 or so minutes I was in another dream, still completely lucid.
What do you think?...did my REM cycle cease and I was in my bed waiting for another to begin, untill it finally did?
(on a side note, I tried physically changing one of the charectors in my second dream, i've had success before in morphing them into other people...but I was just trying to make them skinnier...and then I guess I made them to skinny and their skin got all ripped and stuff =( sorry Dream Charector)

Yes, it certainly sounds like your REM period ended and you inadvertantly kinda DEILDed. Not really dream exit initiated but more like dream exit sustained i guess. Neat though. :)

Yeah, definately pretty cool.

Black
That has happened to me before, I tried to spin and change location but I guess i didn;t really have a location to go in mind. I found all there was, was blackness and my thoughts for a little while. I didn't know what to do so i woke myself up.

wow, that sounds pretty cool. Like a place to think about things without being interrupted by your senses. I'd like to learn how to do that

thats happened to me several times...normally when it's the end of the dream...sometimes I'll still have the sensation of what I was doing during the last part of my dream...like flying or whatever, and then I'll wake up. i've never been able to transfer to another dream though....thats nice.
