Thanks, from what ive read it sounds possible, I remember dreams 98% of nights and they are always weird and usually vivid, so signs isnt a problem but I tend to go along with my dreams, I suppose I have to learn to question them |

Clarity’s right, you can and you will make It happen again!!!! 98% is a good percent and if you can remember that much I want you to start a journal. |

Thanks for the replies, I started a journal and about 3 nights later I had a proper lucid dream! It was sooo cool, I woke up from a nightmare (but woke up in my dream), in the nightmare I had buckets on my feet and when I 'woke up' I still had them on which made me realise I was dreaming. It was an amazing feeling, I calmed down quickly and started experimenting, I was able to find the people I wanted to find and even visited a friend in another country using the 'spinning' technique to change locations. About a week after that I had another one, this time triggered bcos I saw someone wearing an item of clothing that i'd bought overseas so I realised it could not be reality. I started to imagine Brad Pitt and not too long after I met him! From then on I dictated things, if something wouldn't go my way i'd just think strongly of what I wanted to happen and it would immediately happen. It was so cool, my only question is how do you make them clearer/lucid and how do you make them last longer? |
