Yes thats right, it's a new poweful LD technique brought to you by the International Bed Wetters Coalition.
Urine Induced Lucid Dreaming.
Since we at the IBWC can naturally ride our interal waves to lucidity, we thought we'd tweak the method for you non-wetters. Its an easy 3 Step process.
Step 1 - Drink about one gallon of water RIGHT before bed. This takes some practice, but well worth the effort.
Step 2 - Go to sleep. As you do, spend some time visualizing oceans of urine, golden showers, toilets, and yellow snow-cones.
Step 3 - When start dreaming about urine and the need to pee, that is your dreamsign! We guarentee this dreamsign will be present in almost every dream, every night if you follow steps 1 and 2. Imagine that! A reliable dreamsign, delivered to every dream on demand. You couldn't make LDing any easier.
So now the trick is to notice your dreaming, stay lucid, and still come back to your bed before you piss all over yourself and anyone else in your bed. No easy task, but again, it's worth the effort. Also be aware this technique can increase the chances of sleepwalking, which becomes a bit of a disaster if you don't make it back to waking life fast enough.

There is actually a similar technique where you drink lots of water but its meant to wake you up in the middle of the night so you can WBTB. I've often thought about doing a reality check everytime I have to go to the bathroom, since it happens alot during the day and is often in my dreams. The problem would be that then I would think about having to go to the bathroom more during the day and then actually have to go alot more, and everytime i RC during the day I would think about it.
