Tickling sensation during SP

I have had times where I'm in the middle of a dream. Then something happens to me. (Example) I dreamed I was in the back yard lying in the grass just relaxing suddenly ants crawl on my and I end up feeling an intence tickling sensation. it's not the same as the one in the waking world. Its very annoying. Anyways. I wake up in sleep paralysis. I still feel it. it gose away and comes back getting worse upon each wave.it very hard to stay in a WILD with the sensations gradually they disappear but you'll be lucky to even remain in that state afterwards with out twitching yourself awake. Sometimes I get it just by walking down the street in the dream. I just fell and find myself twitching myself awake be for SP makes it worse.

Sounds like you're probably already in the process of waking up when you start feeling the "ants" in the dream. Your mind is incorporating the sensation of SP into your dream. So, you start to feel the tickling sensation, your mind makes up a senario to incorporate that sensation (like ants) - you dream of ants but then wake up to find yourself in SP.

I think that's pretty normal. Annoying to some, yes, but normal.
