      First Experience and heart beat

      Well, i had my first ld last night, and.. hmm, it was quite weird... well, i dream that i was in the dbz world, in the place where that green guy lives..? i dont know the name, im not even a fan of that anime, well, so i saw yamcha and bulma there and i thought, "well, this is quite normal...".. 2 seconds after i thought again "wait, what the hell im doing here, this thing is suposed to be in mid air, wait, this must be a dream", wow and i got shocked and the first thing i did was jumping, and i tried to fly but couldnt so i started moving my arms soooo quickly, then i just woke up, but god, i felt like my heart was going at 120 bps and was so tired...
      my question is, isnt this dangerous or something?

      umm, I dont think it is. You probably experienced an adrenaline rush. I'm not really an expert on hearts so I wouldn't know if one with a heart condition should be advised not to do this.

      I don't think lucid dreaming is dangerous. It's only dangerous if you are suffering from a mental disorder. I hear if you have too many, it can make you tired, but I actually think lucid dreaming can be a postive thing. Just think of all the things you can do and the knowledge you can gain.

      Lucid dreaming, especially at the beginning is a big rush. So like they said, unless you have a weak heart or something to that effect you have nothing to worry about.
