      pitch black lucid dream with no control

      I have these dreams were I find my self laying down and Im paralysed even though I tell my self Im fine. I can't talk I can hardly think and have trouble breathing. I know Im dreaming too. I hate them. I get one almost every 10 days. could some one tell me how to deal with this.

      Sleep paralysis. It's hard to avoid. However, it's a good time to attempt a WILD.

      Good Idea I will try that.

      Last time every thing just went pitch white with no sound( I was trying to play music)

      I read in a book that after sleep paralysis you get realy vivid dreams. I remember after I got paralysed I had one of the most vividest dreams I ever had I was in my room and became lucid. I saw the tv was on and there where vived tropical images of the ocean and islands. I wanted to try to jump through the screen. I jumped in. and was in the tv followed by more adventure bla bla bla... as you can see after sleep paralysis you get vivider dreams so just let it happen.
