      Bed Spins?

I have had the bed spins before when i was drunk but the other night i was lying in bed on my back not moving and focusing on my breathing. I would count as i breathed in and out and i decided to hold my breath and i could hear and feel my heart slow down and quiet then as it felt like it stopped it began to start up again slow at first then faster and louder until i finally released my breath and breathed in and it felt like the bed started spinning to the right and would do like a half spin and start over again very quickly it lasted like 10 seconds. It felt really cool and i was just wondering if anyone else has ever experienced this.

It sounds like a reaction to your lack of oxygen.

I've had this before, several times. I wrote about it a long time ago here:

I wasn't holding my breath deliberately here, but I don't remember concentrating on it either.
Probably quite similar, but I haven't made a lucid out of them yet.
We grow great by dreams. All big men are dreamers. Some of us let these great dreams die, but others nourish and protect them; nurse them through bad days till they bring them to the sunshine and light which comes always to those who sincerely hope that their dreams will come true. - Woodrow Wilson

This is a very dangerous habit that many teens use to get high off of choking themselves... Many people have died from trying to do this via a noose/string/etc.

      Oooh.

I was wondering what this could be labeled ^_*

I use to have these when i was younger, though i never held my breath.

It used to happen every night just before i completely fell asleep.
You merely have to change your point of view slightly, and then that glass will sparkle when it reflects the light.

yea i realized it really had nothin to do with my breath because i can do it now with holding it. its hard to explain i just focus on my breathing and then let loose all of a sudden and just get weird sensations that i'm spinning. I've also noticed that my eyes feel like they are moving rapidly in every direction.
