First ever Lucid Dream
So i've had quite a few now, but i just wanted to share two experiences: my first time i realized i was dreaming, and then my first ever lucid dream!
The first time i realized i was dreaming was during a nap last year at the very end of a dream. I couldn't remember much about it, but i was sitting outside my fraternity on a picnic table. My frat house looked strange and distorted, and i couldn't see behind me -- it was very weird, like the street and everything behind it was fuzzy. Funny enough, i was with two of my friends and we were smoking weed. I don't remember actually smoking it, just the actual fact that we were high. All of the sudden i felt a pull and started floating backwards -- what a STRANGE feeling. This was when i realized i was dreaming. My fraternity house got smaller and smaller, and then i slightly opened my eyes. My body was buzzing and still thought i was high, but when my eyes fully opened i realized i was in my bed, and i wasn't high!
Now, my first actual lucid dream: I was in England for some reason, with a friend from real life and my "best friend," who was actually a DC and from England. My DC and i left my other friend at a shopping mall (where incidently enough, all the clothes were red) and got in his car -- a jeep, like mine. The driver was on the right hand side, and as i got in the passenger seat, i looked down at the floor of the car and noticed something STRANGE: i could see through the floor of the car, but i saw the sky and clouds. I felt very strange and extremely confused. As i got in the car, i finally realized i was having a lucid dream. I didn't get excited, as i didn't realize at the time i could control LDs. Pretty soon the car transformed into a bus, and i was on top of the bus. Couches and chairs would appear out of nowhere and pile on top of each other. I climbed the tower of couches/chairs which was still on top of the moving bus and sat on the very top sofa. It was pretty relaxing, but then i saw a tunnel in which we were driving straight for -- i didn't panic, i was still very calm, but when the bus hit the tunnel, i flew...
I didn't have control over my flying, i just remember flying very far, more of a sort of "floating." I saw that over the tunnel were these metalic objects incased inside an even bigger tunnel, so we were essentially driving in a tunnel within a tunnel. As i soared toward one particular metal object that looked like an air conditioning unit, i thought "oh crap, this is going to hurt"...but i hit the object and bounced off it.
This is when the same thing as my first dream happened: i started floating backwards, kind of like floating back into my body. I woke up with that feeling of strange vibrations throughout my body again.
These were really interesting experiences to me! I just wish i could have controlled them! Since then, i have had other lucid dreams, but none as vivid as that one!

b12, there's nothing like the first "realization" that you're dreaming. :D
Thanks for sharing yours!

Flying in lucid dreams is always fun. I've never gotten bored of it. Just remember that you are in controll and that it is you that is creating the dream. Then you should be in complete controll of it.
