Death in a LD

It was dark, I didn't know where I was. My cousin was drving the car up a hill that seemed so steep the car itself could of fallen of. I was in the back seat and next to me my brother. When we got to the top of the hill I was so glad we made it. I got out of the car and look down the hill that seemed to fall into blackness. I turned around and there it was, the largest tornado I had ever seen.

My cousin and brother had gotten out of the car but the wind threw the car on them and was crushing them. Then the twister started to come for me, I ran to my left and jumped down off a small cliff and started to run for my life. Then the thought came to me "I'd better do my RT and I tryed to put my finger through my palm, and it went through. I went lucid, jumped up and flew back up to the car, picked it up and hurled it into the twister and saved my cousin and brother.

I don't know what I was thinking at that point but I jumped up and flew strait at the twister, determened to destroy it somehow. But as soon as I got in there, shardes of metal tore me apart, it hurt more then anything I had felt. And then I saw a bright light and woke up in pain and cold sweat.

I was just wondering if any of you have ever died in a lucid dream? Is it just me or does it happen to other people too? I thought you were invincible in a LD?

Sure, I've died a couple of times, in normal dreams though. I can remember it being a really sad experience because I wouldn't see my family ever again, wouldn't see my kids graduate, never give my daughter away at her wedding.
I was bummed for a few days after that. :(

I think if I died in an LD, I would have to reincarnate myself somehow!

I remember dying in a normal dream once, and just as I was thinking, "okay, this is it" I rose up out of my body. I don't remember much more than that though.

Never died in an LD, then again I havnt had many LDs...but I also havnt died in a normal dream ever. Every time, just before I die, I wake up. I have however sustained several serious injuries, one of which actually hurt there when I woke up.

Once when I was a little kid I saw the devil burn my mom to death and then burn me to death (non lucid dream). All that happened was I saw the flames flare up around my body and then woke up. As you can imagine, I was pretty freaked out by the whole thing. The way it all went down was pretty harsh too, he tricked us into it. Slimy bastard! :lol:

I said it in some other post before, I got shot several times in non lucid dreams,got drived by or just assasinated.. :P it didnt really hurt..it just felt strange

I died in a non-;ucid dream once. I was in this room with a wounded soldier (for some reason, I was this highranking officer). All of the sudden, this soldier from my side bash open the door and shot me. I kind of felt like I was fading away (I didn't feel any pain, but there was a lot of blood). Then I began to realize, as the soldier who killed me dragged the wounded soldier out, that I desrved to die, because I think I betrayed my side in some way. After I was done dying. I suddenly was reincarnated as a different person and I carried on with the rest of my dream.

I have a few times. I just got a sudden feeling of "this is it then". Usually would get to the acceptence point of the end when I would wake up. Never died ina lucid dream. (I know how to stop bullets ala the matrix, muhuahahahaha!)

I've died in a normal dream about a week ago - I was blown to pieces by nuclear blast :). I felt no pain or discomfort - only a little anxiety before nuke landed :). Then i saw my remains flying through the air, and I became some kind of a spirit...

Why is there no answer for "No"?

I can say I've never died in a dream, but other people around me have. I think its because to me, that's much scarier than my own death. That or because I never let anything I don't want to happen to me in a dream, its part of my ever-present low-lucidity.

ive nvr died in a lucid dream, but 4 sum reason i always die in normal dreams(by always its about 200 times at least). Its happened so often that right before i die i think "o, this wont hurt because its not real" and thats the only time im lucid in a dream but its for a short time because once it happens everything just goes black and a diff dream starts.

when i die i always just walk around as a ghost. sometimes i go to my funeral, sometimes i go to school and see what people are saying about me, sometimes i freak people out by touching them when they cant see me.

ive never died in a lucid dream (a bit counterintuitive if you ask me :P ), but I die every so often in normal dreams. It just kinda turns into an overview of the event, and I wake up a little later after.

If No was there then that would be my answer. I never experienced death in any of my Dreams Lucid or Non. But just because you don't see them around any more doesn't mean they are dead. Because HARUKO LIVES!!!!

I haven`t died but I`ve been stabbed and it hurts in the dream, feels like its actually goiong into you, gets all tingly n stuff
