Calmed myself down before I flipped out then levitated. I had to calm down after that too.
I realized I was dreaming, then I saw my friend Jake walking by, and I told him "dude, Jake, I'm dreaming!" He said that was pretty cool, then I tried to fly and couldn't do it very well. Then Jake tried, and I sort of lost focus and woke up.
i ran over to some stairs and grabbed the railing because for some reason i couldnt move properly in the dream
Fly:D
Yes...i'm a nasty troller. I couldn't help meself.
First thing I did was wake up. Of course, I was a little kid and the only reason I had for wanting to become lucid was to realize I was dreaming so I could end nightmares.
When I first became lucid I was being beaten up by an angel. ;) It lasted about five to six seconds!
I don't remember my first lucid dream but last night I had a LD after a loooong dry streak, and I feel like telling it.
But first, I need to explain my "dream glove," an idea I've been throwing around in my head. It basically consists of a black glove with retractable silver claws on each finger (used for ripping through the dream to make portals if need be) that sorta radiate from a pearly circle (power source?) with a silver border that is present on both sides of my hand. My wrist has a fairly large, bulky octagonal ring around it. There is an anchor charm on a tiny silver chain and a button on the wrist part, and if I press the button, the anchor shoots out and sticks to the air thus "anchoring" myself to the dream.
Soooo, back to the thread.
I was in a room with someone else and we were talking about random things but they mentioned the word "dream," so I looked at my hand as a quick reality check and became lucid. I quickly blurted out "Thank you!!" to the person I was talking to and went off looking at the rest of the house I was in. I was pretty exited as I walked down the hallway coming off the room, but I thought enough to realise that my dream glove would be useful.
So, I stuck my hand behind my back, counted to three, and looked at it expecting to see the glove. But, all I managed to create was a weird white octagonal growth from my wrist, with no button or anchor. I would've tried again but I spotted the kitchen at the end of the hallway, and got annoyed by my whole family moving around and cooking for some reason. My lucidity, focus, and common sense started to decline.
The second thing I tried to do was freeze time, by drawing a "||" pause sign in the air with my index and middle fingers. It didn't work but I kept trying anyway. Then my brother came into the hallway and lunged at me trying to make me flinch. Then it all faded back into a normal dream.
It wasn't much but I'M BACK!!!
Made out with my ultra-hot 23 year old teacher... and then it got a little bit more intense and I woke up when I started getting really "excited."
burned everything to the ground
For me, it was to fly. I have been flying in my dreams since I was tiny, so it wasn't hard. But it was really special, finally being able to do it when I was controlling it myself. Flying gives me the most wonderful fealing and I really love it.
Pass out after stumbling around for a bit.
Which then caused me to awake.
Neat, huh?

Well...I can't say for when I wasn't actively trying to LD (before I joined the forums).
But after joining the forums, in my first LD I did the lucid tasks of the month lol.
(the third thing would be to make out with people...but my DC's have bad habbit of frenching...and their tongues get really long and I almost choke on them)
Flying :) , like so many here ...
Ah yes, the joys of flying. The VERY first thing I did was revel at the possibility of sticking my finger through my hand. the next was to fly :)
First thing I did? run and tell all my friends they were dreaming. It was funny to see them all skeptical at first, then all start doing crazy stuff simultaneously with amazed looks on their faces! :P
Well, I think I flew over to see them actually. So I learned to fly, then went and told them. had 3 LD's in one night, it was coool. :P
Haven't had any truly LD's since, but I've had very involving dreams where I could have become Lucid but I preferred let the story take me where I had to go, and implemented my decisions in the background. :P
I went kung-fu fighting with a bunch of ninjas. It was pretty kickass.
the first thing i do when im becoming Lucid:
I continue dreaming in that environment, observing it and use special abilities in case i need them.
When i get too bored after 20 + minutes i just create a new environment,
in Which i take full control. The fun starts here :)
LD's are hell fun, i just love it :)
or i just control the whole environment.
I rode my bike up and down my street at night making car's headlights turn on and off with my mind
I think it was either walking out of class in school or ordering the policy who were chasing me to dissapear - I cant remember I had 2 very strong memories of my first couple of lucid dreams from when I was about 12-14 I don't know, I cant remember when I knew I could LD. I was very young though. And being over 10 years ago, I don't remember which was the first.
The first thing I did when I became lucid for the first time was that I went looking for someone. Second time I went flying.
