      cotton balls?

im trying to plug my ears up tonight so i dont get awaken too badly or anything.

do a lot of you find that ear plugs help very much? obviously i know it varies but on a general level would most of you say it makes a difference?

one thing is, i have a mini fridge in my room thats always going on and off with the whole freon pipes noise going on so thats distracting.

and on top of that ive got a bunch of mexicans working outside my house every morning trying to paint it and stuff, and knocking wood off around the windows to replace it, so i always hear a bunch of loud mexican music, even louder sounds of hammers smashing against the side of the house, and then theres always the distinct spanish people having a conversation. that gets me every time.

so i hope this helps. maybe it will contribute to my WILDs completing successfully finally.

Well, despite popular belief, sound doesn't really inhibit your ability to sleep as much as people seem to think. As long as you do not consciously focus or think about the sounds, they should simply become part of the dream world as you fall to sleep. Remember dream sign - Mexicans

I find that earplugs definately help me.

I highly recommend "Joe's earplugs"* (http://www.joesearplugs.com). They're cheap but more than that they're COMFORTABLE and they work. You can also go to Target, Walgreens, Eckerds, etc. and get some ear plugs by "Mack's". They are made of foam and are shaped like small cylinders.

*I am in no way affiliated with any of this company.. I just like their product!
