Ok, so you've mastered Induction techniques...now what?

Well Hell I'de like to know myself...

At this point i'm at a stage where if I wanna be lucid I basically am lucid as soon as I go to sleep. So my ideas are for someone at that level or higher.

I'm really not all that great at power in dreams...sometimes I fail at flying...not because I can't fly, but because I can't control it lol...I can usually phase through things, summon things, create doors and portals...telekinesis (I've never accomplished Telepathy).

So I've been thinking...this is a list of things I would like to do. These are scenario's, not abilities.

I would like to have these scenario's....

Final Fantasy 8 and talkto Rinoa and Squal and ask what happened after the ending.

Speak to my grandmother again (I spoke to her once when she first died in a dream, but it was brief).

Be spiderman for a little while. ( I did this in a non lucid once, was fun )

Go to hell, and bring the devil to heaven, let him meat God and see what happens.

Create a story or song from a dream.

      Direct a play.

      Sing on American Idol.

Jump off of a New York building and see what happens.

sandform, i have been asking this question to experienced lucid dreamers so i will ask again.

When you lucid dream does it feel like you are really conscious of your dream state? i have had three lucid dreams and all three felt like i was just dreaming of lucid dreaming. i wasn’t really conscious so i guess you could say i haven’t had any lucid dreams yet.

so even through you cannot manipulate your dreams yet can you say that you are fully consciously aware?

I'm lucid as much as I want, too.

I like to use LDs to talk to my subconscious and work on my issues.

These are also some of the things I've wanted to do:
      -get stretchy limbs
      -fly to heaven
      -meditate in a LD
-jump off of a tall building
      -hunt dinosaurs
      -stop a tornado
      -be a superhero
      -change sex
      -eat something
      -talk to animals
      -breathe under water
      -swim with sharks
LD tasks of the month completed: 16

I am fully aware, and I can manipulate my dreams, its just that sometimes it fails lol. Like if I want to fly, I over analyse and go flying off into space because I can't control it hehe.

I dunno that anyone is ever "fully" anything when it comes to lucid dreaming. I know that i'm asleep, that I can not be hurt, and that none of it is real, however even knowing this I still have this daunting feeling to do anything wrong to the DC's hehe.

It's not that I can't do them, its that they just kind of come out wrong...I try to pull a door out of the ground...the door is too small, or maybe sometimes it doesn't come with a portal...and I have to shoot energy into it to make it a portal, etc. Sometimes I have to work around my fudge ups lol.

At some point you end up forgetting to "tell yourself" that you sleeping, but you know it anyway. I think what might be helpful for you is to set a goal for the next time that you LD. If you have a goal, and you accomplish it, you will know most deffinately that you are lucid. One of the key things in being lucid is recognizing that the real world exists, so if you remember the goal, you are therefor lucid.

Matt, I see you haven't gotten a reply, so I'll tell you. When you properly have a lucid, you are fully conscience. Its an amazing feeling actually *tries to rub it in*

I'm just kidding. Anyways, have you ever tried WILDing? This is probably the easiest way to have a fully conscience dream. Don't be scared of it. It will not hurt you. I promise.

edit: darn you sandform! you beat me to it!!!
