Forgetting lucid dreams
i hate it when i forget lucid dreams, especially good ones. I have been taking b6 and b12 before bed lately which has been giving me great recall but last night i didn't take it which made a big difference. I had two lucids as far as i can recall and in one i can just recall having sex with a very good dream character, and in the other i was in a bar with Will Smith and i think Jazz and Uncle Phil were there too. I know this was an awesome experience but i can't recall hardly any of it!
Back to the vitamins tonight.

it really helps if you record the dream as quickly as possible, when you wake from a dream it seems like its in your head, and you wont forget the stuff you just did in your dreams, but if you go back to sleep its really hard to retain all your dreams. as soon as you wake up from a dream, put it in your dream journal so you don't even have to worry about it.
btw b12 was great for me too back when i was taking it.

I could have sworn I had a Lucid tonight, but I can't even remember a single bit of it.
I can remember at least parts of 2 other dreams during the night, but can't remember the Lucid one. I'm beginning to think that perhaps it never happened...
Would it really make sense for one to completely forget a Lucid, while remembering other dreams? If I did Lucid dream last night, then that would be quite cool, because that would mean I had a lucid dream 3 nights in a row. But I can't even remember anything, only perhaps gaining Lucidity and doing some Lucid stuff.
Is it common to forget Lucid Dreams?

I hate it too :P I almost completely forgot once... then in the middle of the day I was like, OMG I WAS LUCID LAST NIGHT!
I haven't had a lucid now in about a month. But I bet I probably did, I just went on a huge recall dry spell until I started drinking green tea like no tomorrow.
