getting close to WILD

Im getting close to WILD :). today after a afternoon nap I decided to try paradigm Shift/ wild method. It didnt work because I shifted to early :( BUT I only had SP once and it was just my arm. This time my whole body went through almost SP: I couldnt feel my body and I ALMOST shifted, I felt my body draging alittle... but my body woke up to me being to awake because the feeling was making me uneasy. Anyone have advise? Also for those who had exp. with this method please help me :)
