Insight from a Lucid..

I was in an apartment room with quite a few people, we were all like prisoners trapped of our own fear, We were tortured, although I cant remember all the ways we were tortured, one way, was they would take us and rip our hair out by the roots. Even jumping off the balcony would do nothing, I would jump off the balcony and land on the one below of it, which would appear to be the exact same place, so I had really jumped nowhere..

Finallly I got myself and two other guys to make a big jump, so we would land on the ground farther down, we fell about three or four floors and hit the ground,
I finally realised I was dreaming when I was lying on the ground , and I had the insight;
This nightmare will end, all these fears will end as soon as I choose to do so, So I stood up did the nose test, and could still breathe through my plugged nose,

I did the spin method ( failed once ) , second time appeared back in the apartment room, I started to let people go, they were no longer prisoners of this cursed room, I started to clean up the room too and rearange it into a better state..

Shortly after the lucid ended and I woke up

It wasnt the lucid itself that really amazed me, it was the insight I received, :)

So to sum up what I have learned,

We are all prisoners of our mind if we choose to be, We can remain prisoners of our fears or we can awaken
