I had my first proper SP - just a minute ago!
Ok, I can see why SP scares people, I found it freaky even though I knew what was going on. I just took a nap, and since it wasn't that long since I slept, I dreamt. Some creepy lucid dream about a school where teachers chained disobedient kids to a wall in the basement, but that's beside the point. The dream ended, and I felt by body in my bed, so I tried to get up. I couldn't move a millimeter. I couldn't even move my eyelids. I realised that I was having a SP, and I stopped trying to move (and felt freaked out a bit), and my body was vibrating and I felt goosebumps, just like in my spontaneous WILDs. I tried to be brave and let myself enter a lucid dream, but the SP ended, and I moved and got out of bed instead, to tell all of you. :P
The whole experience lasted from 30 seconds to a minute, I think. And I thought of DV the whole time. :P
