      Close to DEILD this morning

      Even though this is a lucid experience forum, this wasn't a lucid.


      Well, I woke up this morning at about 10am, and I briefly opened my eyes, and shut them again. I couldn't move.


      I thought to myself "Oh crap, I can't move AAAAH!!"


      but then I realised, "Hey, this is sleep paralysis, I'm gonna use this to my advantage!"


      My xbox was still on from last night, and I could hear the fan, but it was 30X louder, and I was hearing small little things, unexplainable things.


      I tried to DEILD/WILD, but after about 40 seconds, I lost paralysis



      It was 10AM, so I couldn't try it again if I wanted to



      I hope this happens again tonight/tomorrow!

      I have only had a deild once, but when I did hypnogocic letters appeared that said just fall with it, and I did. You should try to get a falling sensation for a second or too then get up next time.
