I just realized that i have had WILDS before

but didn't recognize them. In first year university i used to stay up reallly late

and every time i had a 9 am class (having gone to sleep at 3-4) i would wake up go to class like a zombie and come back and go to sleep

anytime i did this, i would often feel like my body was physically falling through my bed and i was looking up at my sleeping form from below. sometimes i would hear things in the hallway like a person walking by, but also be semi immersed in a dream. at the time i was just wierded out and knew nothing about lucid dreaming (other than that i had them somewhat regularly since i was a child). They werent good lucids really because if how wierded out i was, but the transition period really stuck with me as messed up.

and since i just signed up here i didnt know what WILD meant, and i read the tutorial just know and voila.


this forum is great for information. It def inspired me to get my dreaming expanded upon.
