sound of rushing water

The other night i was nodding off naturally and i heard loud rushing water i thought yikes whats that and it woke me up. well i thought aint that good it took ages to get to sleep and something totally weird disturbs me but it was some relief to find no water had arrived.

Probably the onset of sleep paralysis. :)

You should do a Reality Check whenever something freaky happens.
