I used to think dreams were only for storing memories. But after reading this forums for a whole day I gave a WILD a try. Everything started shaking my heart started beating really fast, I went numb, I couldn't breathe. I was just too afraid to of SP and called it off, and I have been doing that every time I try a WILD, I keep calling it off.... but at least I know it is possible now and believe it myself. |

Well scientificly speaking, dreams are your minds way of taking short term memories and turning them into long term memories. Your mind process the information and a bi-product is a dream. Without dreams you would go insane due to information overload so to speak (3 days without dreaming to be exact). |

That really is a weird feeling... I'm the same as you, just too afraid. I've pretty much gone into this state about 6 or 7 times by now in the past few nights, but I think tonight is the night I actually follow through. Since we are both in the same situation here, maybe it might help if I do it tonight and tell you about how it went? Maybe that would help you not be so afraid? |
