Need Some help!!!
Im sort of new to LD, and Ive been trying for about a month. I keep a dream journal where I keep the majority of my dreams.
During my dreams I have done some reality checks, but the same thing happens every time. When I realize that I am dreaming, I instantly gain conciousnnes, and I feel that my dream starts to fade away. My eyes are still closed, but I can realize that I am awake.
For example, this morning I had a dream that I was in a room with lots of clocks, and I thought to myselft that I was dreaming. I looked at one of the clocks and the time on it changed from 10 to 3:30. I told myself out loud that I was dreaming, but I woke up and lost my dream. Can anyone please help me?

It could be that you get too excited, so the dream ends. It could also be that you (subconsciously) think: 'I'm lucid! I should start doing fun stuff quickly before my dream suddenly ends!'. And then it does. :(
When you are lucid, believe that you have all the time in the world, and stabilize yourself (plus, make the dream more vivid) by rubbing your hands, staying calm, and observing and touching your environment.

Do you get over excited when you realize you're dreaming? If so try to stay calm. At first, don't try to do anything superhuman, look around at your surroundings, rub your hands together, spin. Just REMAIN CALM. Waking up right after realizing you're dreaming is common when starting, but it shall pass. Good luck in the future.:)

I wasnt really overexcited. In fact, I didnt have time to get excited since I became conciouss so quickly

Perhaps you can avoid shouting, remain calm and "reach out with your feelings Luke..."
