Have i had a Ld?

I have only been trying for about 3 days, but i may have just had a taste of being lucid, or not, you tell me. My dream was that i was camping with a few people, then me and a friend decided that we wanted to spar. When we start everything went blurry and i look to my right only to see a picture of a person, at this moment i realize im dreaming! (Why then i dont know.) I then close my eyes and try to imagine the picture of this person in the picture turning into a chicken (it was the first thing i could think of). I open my eyes to see if i had changed it, but sadly nothing happened, instead the person winked at me and scrolled to the right out of the picture. I then woke up. The time from when i realized i was dreaming to when it ended was probally only about 1 minute. When i realized i was waking up i tried spinning myself around to stay in the dream, it didnt work. I guess i got too excited.

I would say that was a LD, because that is how I started having them, small bits here and there. Lucid just means that you are aware that you are dreaming in the dream, there is no level of control you have to have for the dream to be a LD, just this was a crappy barely lucid dream. They should get better though :)
