Unfortunately I was so excited that I didn't write them down and just went back to sleep, so they are very foggy and jumbled. I remember having four separate lucid dreams last night, though! I tried the "Clarity, now!" to stabilize the dream, and during another one dropped onto my hands and knees to feel the texture of the ground to stabilize. I was fully lucid, and spent one of the dreams levitating myself. I couldn't manage to levitate other objects though, and I remember consciously thinking about this forum to work around many of the things I experienced!

I had also just returned from a diving trip to the Keys where I dove twice, got seasick and threw up three times, and drove for five hours to get home. Needless to say I was exhausted by the end of the day, but I took a nap this afternoon after eating another 4 and had another lucid dream! That is 5 LD in one day! Both times I went to bed, the HI was very strong, something that I have not experienced in the past few months. I followed the flow of them and tried to hold onto the images as they occurred to me, and it worked! Not sure if it was 2 WILD and 3 DILD, or 5 DILD, but regardless...:boogie:
So thank you Westonci, and I would highly recommend experimenting with peanut butter! And also always keeping a Dream Journal! :doh:
