      I havent been here for a while...

      but... I had to come back to share the silly fact that I can't stop lucid dreaming. It's like a dry spell, but the complete opposite.

      When I first came here some months back, I would have lucid dreams once or so every three weeks, and thats if I was lucky. I was trying really hard to lucid dream, such as doing RC's every day, and keeping my dream journal up to date. Eventually my lucid dreams ceased, and I lost interest in lucid dreaming all together. School had started as well as football, so I did'nt really give it time to think about it. After about 2-3 months of absolutely nothing, that all changed.

      About 3 weeks ago, I started having at least one lucid dream every night. The average is probably 3 a night, 7 at the most. The weirdest thing about it all is the simple fact that I am not even trying to lucid dream (ie. reality checks, nor dream journals). There was one night I couldnt even get out of my lucid dream, and I was terrified because the DC's were trying to kill me for some reason.

      I'm not complaining at all, I am just surprised by the irony of it all. I try to lucid dream and I can't. Then I don't try at all, and I can't stop.

      Hey don't worry about it, this is the exact reason you needed to come back, because, one: All the other lucid dreaming forums are either dead or too complicated. Two: You need to complain, if you don't, then you'll live life with a head ache due to the little voice that said "Get back to Dream Views". And finally three: Because people know their stuff when they can be bothered to get their lazy asses out of the none dreaming forum sections.

      Anyway, to stop myself rambling, I'll give you some advice. Why don't you just ask someone in your lucid dream to help you stop having them? I'm not good at lucid dreaming at all but reading from alot of posts on this forum in the past, I think it might work.

      Another thing I have to say is that your irony is the opening gate to some people's lucid dreaming, so it's not really suprising that you're lucid dreaming, apparently it happens all the time when you stop trying.

      Oh and, I came back for the complete opposite reason you did.

      As I said before I'm not complaining. It's way too fun to stop, even if DC's are trying to kill me every now and then.
