Thread: Falling Dreams

Frequently I have these dreams where I get launched extremely high (usually above a lake for some reason). They're usually caused by small crashes or someone throwing me, like crashing on a bike and getting sent flying. I always seem to go lucid at the last couple seconds when I'm about to hit the ground, I can feel the wind on me and I nail the ground and wake up instantly with my heart beating faster then ever.

Does anyone know how to turn these into lucid dreams by stopping me from waking up? Or somehow something saving me before I hit the ground.
