matrix style LD

Went back to sleep during a WBTB this morning and decided I'd try a WILD. I was laying there thinking "what do I want to dream about?" I decided I wanted an exciting Matrix style dream....and slowly drifted off....so no WILD.

I found myself in a room talking to my brother about Matrix philosophies, without actualy talking or thinking about the actual movie. I was telling him that he could make a card shoot to his hand if he jsut believed it was goign to happen(sounds a lot like the matrix thread's tha have been going around lately) and I ended up demonstrating this to him a few times. Well, this actually amazed me quite a bit, because i dindt think it would work so well and then I did a reality check...pinched my nose closed and breathed through it rather easily. I was dreaming!

In the excitement I got up and ran into the rest of the house, which was a big house for some reason I was wandering around trying to find a way out of the hosue, with no success.I tried flying but couldnt do it. Then I realized that all my limits we're created by me...that this was my world. I didnt jsut thinkn this thoguht..I fully realized it. Everytime I couldnt fly, It was literally because I was thinking it wasnt going to hjappen to some degree. So then I launched into the beautifull open sky, blue with white puffy clouds. Flew aorund for a bit and then decided to land. I landed on a side walk, and was suddenly being chased....and I knew it somehow, without seeing anyone chasing me. So I flew into a building and began having the lucid dream I wanted.

I was with some other rebels of the matrix and we were being hunted down by, what we called,"Termites" for some reason. THey were not bugs, but programs of the matrix that looked like people, meant to hunt us down. Well, I realized if I were to beat these things I needed to not have any limits, so I gave my self speed and extra lucidity. They started coming in and Id fight them with fast punches and quick movements. It was incredible. But they woudlnt stop coming. So many of them and I found myself beating them all! But I was getting tired of fighting them...I felt physically exhausted(so finally put a limit on myself :P )

so I flew away, and went to the beach. I decided I wanted to walk under water and breathe under water, and check out the underwater sights. SO I went under and everyhting was quite dark, as it might be in real life at dusk, and I saw some amaing tropical fish and breathed no problem. Then I left the water and hung out with my girlfriend on the beach. Sometime after I woke up and here I am typing it all.

That sounds like a pretty cool LD. I love any dream where I am fighting other people and trying to be as fast as possible and bending the rules to my desire. Have you tried going into bullet time? I have done this once, and it was amazing. I made the guy slow down considerably and then kicked him into a nearby roof! Anyway, I can't wait till I fight my next dream foes....I'm waiting for you Smith!!!! You may have dodged me on my LD a week ago, but I will fight you sooner or later!!!!

This was my first matrix dream, where I had such Neo-like powers, but Ill be sure to go into bullet time next time. And I think my next battle will be a show down with Smith. Its the perfect dualism. In essence Ill be fighting my self and all that he represents inside me...So a victory would be great, and a defeat...just as inspiring. And maybe Ill try that bullet-time..doesnt sound too difficult to re-create.
