Hallucinations or HI?

It all started when I came back home from a trip and i was still drunk from the night before. I decided to take a bath, and while i was in the bathtub i started seeing vivid images with my eyes open. It was like I was looking at pictures or at a movie. After that I started hearing cool songs in my head, but it was like I was hearing them through headphones.

So my question is what do I call that? Hallucinations (I haven't taken any halucinogenic substances) or HI but there was sound to and I wasn't sleepy.

Or maybe my schizophrenia was acting up (just kidding). :P

Hallucinations. I'd get my water tested if I were you :P

HI and hallucinations are one in the same. Hot water can cause exhaustion so your brain may have turned on dreaming parts of your brain. Sounds can often accompany HI, as can any other sensations.

Well HI the kind that I have experienced seems more like sight cells misfiring and such to form patterns of light and such on my eye lids, hallucinations comes from a whole diffrent place for me, HI is much more physical, but hallucinations/visualisations are somewhat located in thinking, it's just a very vivid thought, it's what dreams are made out of, so if you saw pictures that were complex I'd say you were hallucinating, if you saw blurry colors and patterns then you were seeing HI.
