      Describe Your Most Vivid Dream

Have you ever had a dream that was so vivid that you could see the most minute detail in your dream world? Perhaps little grains of sand on the beach, dirt under your fingernails, splashes of water that glinted in the sunlight or hundreds of tiny fibers in string or in clothes. Maybe you felt realistic pain, pleasure, terror or maybe sensed the dream world with all your senses working at maximum strength to create the most vivid dream experience.

Tell everybody the most vivid experience you have ever had in a dream. Lucid or not. Here's mine.

I became lucid while in a dream and I gained realistic vision with clarity and detail that I'd never had in any other dreams. I also had maximum control over my every move. I could look where I wanted and touch what I wanted. I knelt down and felt the long grass with my hand and rubbed off the dew. I looked at my hands and saw the water on them. I dried them on my pants as I stood in the cool wind. I looked up at the sky and saw a light rain coming down from the darkening sky. Each sense was working, clear and unrestricted, performing as they would in real life. I woke up when my senses were overloaded with too much vibrant information.

Now you tell us your most vivid experience! If you have more than one that comes to mind then tell em' all!

My most vivid dream was not lucid. I had a false awakening more realistic than any other, i remember my vision was even morre sharp than it was in real life, i got out the bed and remember feeling the cold wooden floor. I went to the bathroom to brush my teeth an i swear i could feel the exact texture of the britstle, and the reflection of me in the mirror was accurate. i then out my poants and went out the door and felt the strong rays of the bright sun, i could see my street and the cars just went passing by, i even remember the brand of the cars and exactly what color they were.

Mine was last night, actually. Go cold medicine. =]

Regardless of the assistance, I dreamed that I was caught in this maze, and I had to crawl under these pipes and through cellars to escape. It was an all dirt floor, damp and cool, with a musty scent like rotting leaves. I was crawling through the maze, and I could feel the dirt between my fingers and stuck to my knees (I was wearing shorts) and the smooth metal of the pipes. Splinters of wood were stuck in my fingers, and I could taste the mustiness in the back of my throat. I remember running into pipes with my head, and each time it would hurt a little bit more, and more. When I finally crawled to the surface, the light was really, really bright, and the sun was warm. The breeze blowed my hair in my face, and I reached up to brush it out, and my hands were dirty.

I woke up with sore knees.

Last night I had my most vivid(and controllable) dream. I'll be posting it here soon.

I had one a few months ago that was the most amazing, vivid (and the longest) lucid dream I ever had. I was in a dark hallway and I wanted to turn on the light and I turned it on than the light came on and I turned it off and then on again. the light appear in a different place, I thought to myself that could not happen in real life so lucidity hit me real hard the place blew up into the most realistic thing I could e.er have seen. then I went into the living room (it was dark) I saw an evil-looking guy and I knew he couldnt hurt me so I closed my eye and said to myself i want to go to a bright and shining place . when I opened them I was in a water park/beach place then I met a girl named rebecca and acually talked to her for awhile. Then I shot people with paintball guns
I think if Darth Vader show up in my dream I would die

      you think so?

you'd never know, considering the broad scope of people on here.

i'd love to hear about some of your dreams.

I have one posted that appears on the first page of this forum (Lucid experiences) and a few others on some of the later pages. You could go to my profile and look at all my posts as well, since it'd be easier to find the older stuff. My dreams are often very random and only appeal to niche readers most of the time, so I don't expect anyone to reply to it. You're welcome to read and tell me what you think though.

I read the first two I found.

While you say they are niche... well, yes, and no.

Niche, because of the specific characters (dream signs for you, mayhaps?) and situations.

Not niche, because the blanket emotion and principle behind them are universal. We all have odd sex dreams (I think I had sex with a wolf once, but I see a lot of wolves in my dreams =S) and weird moments. It's just a part of who we are.

The details you remember are intense. I'm not quite that good at recall yet.

I don't even really practice improving recall, except writing down my dreams as soon as I wake up, I also don't use any techniques to LD, so I guess I'm just lucky. Anyhow, I think we are straying a bit off topic, so if you still want to talk about this then I have msn/yahoo ^^
