I had a horrid lucid dream 2 nights ago...
I was floating around in a red dungeon with no doors and black grease all over the walls, I just couldnt get out. So I closed my eyes and woke up.
it was very scary...Have you had similar experience?

the only dream dat freak me was when i fell on a corpse il tried to get up but people keep pushin me
Yeah, I had a LD a while ago where I just felt really nervous and paranoid the entire time.. it was very vivid but I had no control, and I kept thinking, "omg what if some monster jumps out at me????" I was walking around my house but it was all dark and creepy.. sjdgfzsjdfs!!
But I haven't had a freaky one since then. And I've regained control in them as well. :D
I had a really creepy one after an FA several years ago. I woke up and got out of bed. Everything seemed so real, I was going to walk to the bathroom and then I caught a glimpse of myself in my bedroom mirror. Things got really strange after that. I just started screaming histerically and I don't know why. My arms were being held behind my back by something invisible that eventually pushed me to the ground. I knew I was dreaming, had no control, and couldn't wake up. I just remember screaming and yelling "wake up" "wake up" but I really couldn't. I couldn't sleep alone for awhile after that and I still don't like to. :(
In the first WILD I ever did, I found myself in an 18th century bedroom with a zombie standing over me. I was completely aware that it was a dream, and that it couldn't hurt me, but I decided it was probably going to be unpleasant so I tried to force my eyes open. I managed to have a FA, and then I finally forced my real eyes open.
yeah dreamland can be spooky sometimes...
heres my solution...when ever anything scares you and you feel like running, pull some sort of ninjitsu samurai stance with legs wide apart and give a loud war cry!
It also helps you confront your fear in waking hours too.
