My lucid dreams

Hey you all dreamers,



Since now I have had two really clear lucid dreams, and about 3-5 dreams, which ones I still doubt, whether they were lucid, or was I just dreaming of a lucid dream.. sounds so deja vu-ish. Anyway..

Introduction: I have had a dream journal for like 3 years, if I get enough sleep, I am able to remember up to 3 dreams a night (my personal record is 5 different dreams at one night, yet I'm still not sure whether or not some of them were collided into one dream). I have usual places that I dream about, people, things going on. So..


First one began with a really normal and quite typical dream of me playing with my friend from childhood, in the woods. I left my bag in the woods, then we got to my friend's house, where I lived about 8 years ago (in my dreams this place reoccurs, usually).. and only then I remembered having left my bag there; but in a moment something really awkward happened (shapes of peoples' faces started changing and stuff) and I finally understood, that I am dreaming - and since this has happened before, I was almost sure the dream would collapse, but it stayed right there. And I was aware that I was dreaming, that none of this was real. So, then I found myself in the stairwell, which contains doors to about 20 flats. And I started walking from door to door imagining different things behind the doors, and it all worked. Then I decided to go outside, but when I reached the exit, there were no doors there, only a blank black space behind the door, and I was not able to leave the staircase (I think this was the time when the dream started getting random again), though I still was aware I was sleeping. And then I got a false awakening - I awoke in "my room" which, considering the reality, was not even close to my real room:)

When awaken, I could not remember I was still dreaming, so the dream took me away. When I really was awaken, I found the whole dream truly amazing, the fact, that I finally had a lucid dream, which I clearly remember and which I could control - still sometimes it is strange to me, that even though I could imagine things etc, the dream had some sort of a frame.


The second time happened eight days after the first one - I was amazed by the short time in between of them. This time I was dreaming a very interesting and surreal dream, in which I first lost my bag (once again, my bag - could it be a base reality check of some sort?) was chasing my friend in some sort of a city, I come up to one girl and ask her, if she has seen my friend, she answers negatively, I look back somewhere, then I look back at her and see her face has changed. Then I say out loud, that this is a dream - she tells me that I am right (when I woke up I could not actually believe this really happened), I turn away, twist in a way, and end up standing near a highway in the middle of a desert, where everything, what my mind could come up with at that moment appears, people, objects, irrational images. I start discovering them, while I decide to be a little naughty there, in a way abusing a lucid dream.

And then, in the climax of the naughtiness, dream lets me go, and I lose control. I woke up very excited, once again.

The other dreams were different.. they were somehow unclear, yet I think I could control them in some way - for an example, I had a dream about a monster, lurking on top of the building in a big grey city, watching me while I watch it. And then I decide to make one of the buildings wake up and become into some robot, and it happens, and everything after in that dream seems like being controlled by me.
