Perspective help
Hey
I kept trying to have a good Lucid dream all the time but my dreams are getting annoying. Ill explain
I always dream that I am floating next to a staircase or walking in my room but my perspective keeps moving to 3rd person. I try to move into my body and I see a flash of light and I feel full again, but then the view moves out again.
I have not had a LD yet because I spend most of my concentration getting a "good view". Ive thought about viewing it from 3rd person but I wouldnt get to experience it the same.
I dont want to watch my first LD, i want to experience it.

that happens to me at times too, i suggest trying to have as many lucid dreams as you can so that some of them will guaranteed to be in first person good luck

can you tell at all what the main character is 'thinking', or are you just thinking about whats hes doing?
if your thoughts aren't one and the same, then he isn't the main character, the 'camera' (you) is.
its like... trying to enter the body of a dream character.
maybe when it goes into third person, just forget your real body, and look away. then just "walk" off, and do whatever, and eventually try and touch things around you, and 'your' body.
please tell me what you think.
Edit: added some stuff.

Well, Ive just woken up to try WBTB.
I tried it last night at 3am and I nearly had a LD. I might even had one. I was dreaming that I was in my dreamscape field which I have seemed to dream myself in a lot. The thing I remember is that it was in 3rd person most of the time. I was watching myself walking with a girl I know through my field.
As my body started to go my vision began to kinda zoom in on us and my heart was pumping so incredibly fast and I felt boiling. As ive never had a LD before I wasnt sure what to do. I kept on thinking "I'm Dreaming" and trying to relax but I couldnt get any closer.
However, at times I remember going into 1st person when the experience got stronger and being able to feel the girls hand, but only for a split second.
