DC's that love to ruin ld's

I have a rather humorous story and i would like anyone else to share others, but some DC's seem completely set on sabotaging my lucid dreams.

I was on a train, sort of captive, when i became lucid, i busted a hole in the side and leapt off. There was a roman guard looking guy standing on the hill where i jumped. He had a spear and started coming at me. I knew i was in control so i turned my back on him and started walking away when the spear came over my left shoulder. I turned around and said "Listen buddy, this is my lucid dream so you can piss off" He then walked around me and picked up his spear and through it again. Now im just annoyed, so i summoned it to myself and through it right back at him. But he simply side stepped. I don't usually have this long of lucid dreams so now im just getting angry cause he is messing around with my opportunity to do other things. He began to start doing a NFL sort of touchdown victory dance and then i woke up...

That son of a bitch! :D


I haven't had that problem. If somthing like that happens again, just fly away if you can fly. Thats the best thing you can do.

Next time turn your normal lucid dream into an action lucid dream, and beat the crap out of that fool in theatric ways. That's what I did in a lucid the other night. Some DCs started attacking me, some I first decided to try to do a Kamehameha wave on one of 'em. I showed him.:evil: Then I began running through a building in my dream, and another group of DCs attacked me. Everytime one got close, I just beat the crap out of him. One particularly satisfying one was when I was on my way down a downward winding road, kinda like the ones in airports. I threw the DC off it, and jumped along with him. I punched him in mid-air, and landed a few floors down.

Just pretend that he's not there. If you ignore something, as in turn your back like you did, it will just go away if you stop paying attention to it.

I turned my back on a DC once and he stabbed me in the neck with scissors.
He was pissed becasue I was fooling around with his girl and I told him there's nothing he can do about it. LOL!
It didn't really phase me at all. :D

The last LD I had I was being chased by someone *go lucid* then I decide I'm going to chase him back, and then decide to just make him disappear. After going down some stairs he was gone, as was every other DC.

Why fight them when you can just make them vanish?

My DCs seem to be the contrary:

Just this night I was lucid and met a friend of mine when I became aware of that this had to be a dream, so I said to her:

"Just answer me one question: Is this a dream?"
and she said:
"As far as I know it is, of course."

That's not the first time somebody tries to help me. ^^

One time I had a dream where I went into my garage and suddenly got a suspicion that I was dreaming. So to see if I was or not, I picked up an empty beer bottle and tossed it into the air. It levitated in mid-air for a few seconds until my mom came into the garage. She distracted me and the bottle fell and broke on the floor. Because the bottle broke, I concluded that I wasn't dreaming :doh:

In one of my lucids, a DC who is one of my friends started shaking me and saying "wake up! Wake up! Stop dreaming!" There was no reason why it was happening but I could feel myself waking up and everything was shaking and stuff. Also, in my last lucid I tried to steal a guys car, but a girl in the car next to it jumped out and leapt on me and shone a small, bright torch in my left eye and that nearly woke me up but I managed to fend her off. It was weird though because I could feel my eye opening as iff I was waking up.

Heh, no matter what I do, everything proves to go against the fact I am dreaming. More than half the time my RC's fail too. One time I got so pissed at trying and failing I was just like, "Screw this, let's REALLY see if I am dreaming" and I jumped up while pushing my arms down in the air and flew up. That was good enough proof for me. ;) (Good thing too, I would have hated to do that in real life in the middle of a crowd like I did. O_o)
