Its been a long painful week

For as long as I can remember I have always been a lucid dreamer. Weird things happen in my dreams and often carry over into real life.

The following is an experience that Id like to share, Im new here but I hope to be treated/taken serious.

About a week or so ago I had a dream that I got punched right on the jaw. I dont know why or where, the specifics are vague to me, all I know is I got hit and it was hard. Hard enough that it woke me up and I was rubbing my face. Apparently, my girlfriend told me (later that night) that I awoke and mumbled 'someone just punched me'.

She told me because out of no where, I go to take a bite out of a piece of chicken and my jaw was about to fall off. For no reason, my jaw suffered a horrific injury. I could not chew, let alone talk.
For almost a week I believe I suffered from symptoms associated with someone who took a right hook to the jaw, but I didnt. I dont know what to make of it. If anyone can point me in a certain direction weather it be correct vocabulary, studies etc I would be really greatful.

Feel free to ask any and all questions.

Wait, so you had a dream that you got punched in the jaw, and in real life, you go to eat something and your jaw actually hurts?

Yeah, literally I got punched in the face in my dream right on the jaw and this whole week irl I have had symptoms of a Mike Tyson punch.

Does anyone have a link to a FAQ section I could not find it last night. But Im having a hard time finding out what alot of terms used here mean.
      WILD
      DILD
      etc,..
Can anyone help me navigate through this place.

I completely control my lucid dreams so i can never be hurt in them,
unless i wanted to inflict pain on myself, which so far i havent done.
So because of this I wouldnt know about pain carrying on into real
life.......but my LDs never do.....when theyre over theyre over.
