no sound in LD

First of all, Hello to everyone, this is my first post:)

I had my first lucid dream the other day, it was short and not compleatly clear. Well, i recognized it by the "fingers through my hand" technique and even managed to summon a person in front of me. Then i felt that my lucidness is fading and i continued to dream a regular dream. Well... its a common story for beginners, but i noticed that while i was lucid dreaming i heard no sound at all. Like on the "mute" mode. Is it normal for the newbie-dreamers not to hear sound... maybe the willpower isnt strong enough or something? I have been trying to LD for about a month now, im writing my dream journal and doing RC's (not very often, but still).

Help me out on this one:)

I can only think of maybe one time where I had an LD with no sound. Sounds to me like an isolated incident.

How were your other senses? Touch and smell working OK as well?

Touch was working well, but i cant remember Smell. It's not like i tried to smell something particular. Only the sound part was kind of funny that i noticed right away. Anyway, it was my first and quite short LD, guess next time will be better:)
