My fighting lucid dream

Over the past few nights i've been watching spiderman3 and last night i finally dreamed that i was him and i was fighting the sandman. Then i kind of turned into a flying character and i flew just a few inches into space and a jet was shooting missiles at me. The other night i tried to summond a person in my dream by closing my eyes and visualizing that person but it didn't work instead a dog appeared. What i want to know is why didn't the person that i visualized appeare.

Perhaps when you were trying to summon you were thinking about a dog more strongly than his/her actual self? Maybe your subconscious mind believes their personality strongly resembles a dog? It could be interpreted many ways by many different people. I'm jealous you got to be spidey before me -_-
