I'm one of those people who does not have a recurring Dream Guide. Instead I get a wise and helpful DC (or group of DCs) that I see once and then never again. I consider them to be temporary DGs. I've had: a drag queen, a giant stuffed gray bunny rabbit, a witch who turned into mist, a talking eagle, aTV show actor, and others.

For some reason (even with the giant bunny toy) after we introduce ourselves and have a little talk I always want to... erm... "get it on" with my DG. It is frustrating because then I don't get to ask some of my questions! I wonder why this is. Maybe I'm narsissicistic?

No one else around DV seems to want to hump their DG almost as soon as they see them!

The id is very prominent in your dreams and your superego is retarded. The id is where sexual desire and aggression come from and your superego keeps it in check. With little superego influence in your dreams, it's natural that they are very sexual.

I've never even found a DG! Although there have been random DCs who I am hanging out with and when I have trouble they show me how to do something (I was having trouble flying once and one took off and showed me how to fly better just by doing it and being successful). Usually these are female DCs so that may be it, but of course....

I think I'm the only person on DV who never gets the desire to screw every DC in sight

I have a lot of guide characters, too. They seem to be different every time. I think the last recurring guide I had was a severely deformed dwarf/ midget / wise child. He came back a few times. Before that, I had a recurring old man DG who was my future self. And then my future son, grown to old age. So far, all male, which is interesting in its own right.

I don't know if I've ever felt the need to get it on with my guides. Old men and midgets don't really excite me, even in the wackiness of dreamland.

I do, however, have sex every time I am threatened by a succubus / SP spirit type character. They are the only ones who really scare me. I normally get rid of the fear by embracing them and pouring love towards them. This normally leads to some sort of sexual situation.

It is funny that the DG team is rocked this thread so hard

Maybe you should have named it "I'm your DG? Awesome! Let's boink!"

I wonder if the reason I can look at my DGs that way is because they are often kind of humerous. I mean a 7 foot tall gray bunny toy!! I think if there was more of a sense of awe, then I wouldn't feel so casual about the whole thing.

This is simple. The reason why this doesn't happen to anyone else is because nobody else on earth is attracted to drag queens, eagles, and giant gray bunnies (a la D. Darko? kinked.)
