Well, where to start? Found this site when I was looking up lucid dreaming on google. I just had 3 of them, as far as I can remember. And those already go a couple years back. But since finding this site, I'm trying to induce Lucid dreams. But no results so far.

So to share my experiences. The first time I had a Lucid Dream I found myself standing in my neighbourhood. I don't remember what exactly made me aware, it was just a "Hey, I'm dreaming, cool." moment. I spent some time to thoroughly inspect my surroundings. I was amazed by the detail and how everything appeared to be so realistic. Of course I immediately tried to control my dream. My first try was to change the location by opening a door. I said "When I'm opening this door, I'll be in Hong Kong." It didn't work. After that I can't remember what else I did. I only remember ending up in a theater and talking with Christopher Walken, apparently about something important. Whether I was still lucid at this point or not isn't clear to me.

In my second lucid dream, I just remember a fraction of it, 3 or more Gorillas tried to dogpile me. Seeing Gorillas in mid-air, jumping towards you isn't really a thrilling thought, I tell you. Determined not to get turned into a street pizza, I stretched out my hand and yelled "STOP!" And they were actually frozen, mid-air, in time. Everything after that is a blurr.

In my 3rd lucid dream I found myself standing in an elevator with a big mirror. I noticed the shirt I was wearing and wanted to change it into a shirt without sleeves. I closed my eyes and concentrating on changing what I was wearing. I succeeded. But shortly after I felt the dream fading... and I woke up.

Haven't had a lucid dream ever since. But now that I found this site I want to learn to induce them. If I'm already wasting like a 3rd of my life sleeping, I might as well do something useful during that time. I'm planning on keeping a dream journal and do reality checks like suggested on this site. I kept trying to think of what I wanted to do in my dream as I went to sleep, but my mind easily wanders off as I get more tired.

Hoping to get some lucid dream results by the end of the month.
