my first lucid deam - i flew in the sky

few weeks back i had my most memoriable dream experience which is very real and woke in that dream,

this is all how its started, all i remember i was chasing by a someone and i am very very afraid, i kept running, then i found a old small dark house in a village, i had never seen such a place in my life, which is realy dark inside the house there was a old man, i was hiding in a room inside that house, in that room with a single light i was in the corner,

Right at this moment i was scared and afraid, and suddenly in a burst i REALIZED that i am dreaming, i remember that i want sleep, and fully aware just like in waking state,

i had no fear, doubt at this moment, i opened that door and came to middle of the street, i touched the road, it felt so real, i know what i was looking is not exist, it a hallucination created by my mind, i felt very happy, i dont know why, i had strong feeling that i can control what i see, i thought to fly, i tried, i succeeded, i manged to fly over some feet,

this is all about ver few seconds, and then back i drawned into the dream. still i remember that momenets very clearly, its a unique experience.

this lucid experience is very awesome, but after my first lucid experience i didn't got another one, so far.

i read some books on this lucid, but didn't able to get the clear idea.

can you suggest practice technique on this...
