First Semi-Successful WILD

So, last night, I decided I wanted to have a WILD. I woke up at around 5 in the morning, and sat very still with my eyes closed in bed. After awhile, I realized I couldn't move. I also began to hear creepy voices. I was pretty terrified. Also, I could feel my breathing, but it was going automatically. After a few minutes of sitting like this, unable to move, I was suddenly able to move very sluggishly. After this, I think I fell asleep, and I had a very brief lucid dream where I plugged my fingers in my nose to test if I could still breath, because I remembered somebody talking about that on a post here last night.

I've tried to WILD a few times before, but it's never worked, until now. All my other (4) lucid dreams have been DILDS. I think the voices were a symptom of Sleep Paralysis.
