Thread: Dream guide

He could be , If you are ever lucid just called out your dream guide and you should find out.

I met my dream guide while doing this excercise.... Ever since doing this for the first time, I will actually play out the excercise in my dreams without meaning to and come across the dream guide.

I've been told it's also an excercise that is used to recall past lives... Anyhow, I was told this is what it was for, but instead I found my 'dream guide.' He also happens to be an ancient egyptian prince named Anashnu. I don't know where my mind came up with this.

Anyhow....

I usually start out in an endless field. Sometimes the grass is dry and dead, other times green and mowed, other times completely overgrown... Anyhow, I don't usually proceed with the next part until I have a perfect visualization of this field.

Now...

Imagine a big building (any type that makes you happy... i.e., castle, temple, whatever your mind desires). Now, walk up the steps to the building and count ten steps. Take your time walking up the steps, make sure you count out ten, and make sure you observe the details as you take in your surrounding.

When you get to the top, open a door.

And I can't tell you what you'll find behind the door.
