Iv had one in which i explained in my thread. I was too scared to think any of it since its the first time iv ever done it. But next time i have one i will ignore it like you said.
What is your method for it? WILD? tell me how you usually go about it?

I used to get that a lot when i lived at my old house but i live in a new house now and i never get it, and i did enter into a lucid dream where immediately i knew i was dreaming. But unfortunately it was inside my house and unfortunately it was night time. I hate dreams where its night time outside in the dream.:(:(

ugh I've gotten to the point of SP before but I'm too nervous to go into it. I just don't get it. Do you slip into a dream as you fall into SP? I don't understand how I can slip into a dream if I go into SP when I'm still concious.

This technique is called WILDing. I have never done it but it supposedly makes some of the most vivid LDs.

I never gotten SP when i wake up, just before i fall asleep :(

Every time I try and WILD I have trouble getting to SP, I'd get to it eventually, if I wasn't such a pansy when it comes to my room being pitch black, then not being able to move, then seeing some weird stuff. I have one of those imaginations that tends to only look at the "Nightmarish" thoughts, I tried to WILD a few nights ago, but I layed there for nearly an hour sitting still, concentrating on my breathing, eventually my thumb for some reason, locked up, it felt like it had never been "popped" before, it was killing me, I eventually couldn't stand it anymore and moved, then I just went to sleep like normal.

We're talking about sleep paralysis, right? (Sorry, I'm one to hate on abbreviations)
I've woken up in sleep paralysis once - it was quite frustrating and shocking. I couldn't move and I didn't like it very much. I felt very funny, like my entire body was, er, asleep - which, it was.
This happened a while ago and when I got out of it I immediately made a hurried grab for 'Exploring the World of Lucid Dreams," by Laberge. Buh.

ive gotten into SP a few times, but it was so intense i couldnt take it. It seemed as though my body was shaking soooooo much i always think somethings wrong and i force myself out of it. It feels like my muscles get so tense its crazy

The title is so true  I've had all of my WILDs through SP. For me it is the best way. If you are used to it, it happens frequently. Thus the chances of a WILD is much higher. In 12 days since I started a DJ and WILD tryings, I've had 11 SP which lead to 8 WILDs.
