It's not always weird. For some people it's very stable. When I do reality checks involving text or digital time, I always look at LEAST 3 times. I saw that on here once, and started catching a bunch of these in dreams where it only changes on the third glance.
maybe its a good thing, maybe your mind/subconscious is more stable than others? idk, im no psychologist, just a though :P
Well im kinda a big book person...... and I may be smarter than most but I doubt it's that.
The fact that a person can make such a statement indicates the opposite  jp ;)
Anyway I don't know, maybe reading does have something to do with it, but I doubt it. I read a LOT, I used to read for hours every day just for fun, now I read for school for hours every day. And my text is usually stable enough to read at a first glance, sometimes a second or even third. I've read somewhere on here that it's about the part of your brain that becomes inactive during sleep, that is still unactive once you become lucid. Not even sure if they had any scientific evidence whatsoever to support that, but maybe your whatever-it-is stays active or something. Who knows. Just gotta find other RCs I guess
Well, its simple, text in your dreams don't change lol Its dif for everyone, like everytime I read, I can re-read the thing 1, 2... 14 times and it will be always the same <.<
Or like those who can't breath with the nose RC.
In fact a lot of my dreams completely copy the rules of physics and reality. (i.e. not a lot of weird stuff)
Thats a good thing! You're a very stable, realistic person!
Text in dreams is probably stable since you are used to seeing text. (I assume you not only read before you go to bed, but during the day too?)
Its like a reality check, you do it all day, so in your dreams, you'll notice it. You read alot, so in your dreams, books look normal. Get it?
not that much of a good thing, reading RC is now out of the list for What??Me??.
Ah... true... Didn't think of that... but if he does get lucid, it would probably mean that he has more vivid/exact dreams. Which is a good thing!
True, the problem is getting there tough. WILD would work perfect with it.
He could try DEILDs too... But thats about it... DILDs rely on dream signs (usually) and so do MILDs (usually.)
