Is this Lucid or not?

I realized I was in the dream right as the dream was fading. Then I rubbed my hands and span, and the dream came back. I was about to continue my dream when I decided to teleport and do something else, but I never decided where I wanted to go. As soon as I teleported, I lost awareness.

Is this a lucid experience?

To avoid this confusion in the future (about where to go), decide beforehand what you want to do in your dream. This is also a good barometer of lucidity (if you remember your goal, you were very lucid! If you don't go after your goal, you weren't as lucid).
