partial lucid and dream traceback
today in morning something weird happened:
Yesterday before I went to sleep I read about dream recalling in morning, how I trace back dream events in reverse. I have never being actually to able to do it perfectly. I tried to go WILD later but I failed. Instead of it I fall into deep sleep. I woke up about 2 o clock night and I was angry that I didn't obtain any lucid experience.... I went to WC and drink some water and looked alarm clock. About 5 hours before waking up. I went to bed and thought about dream recall, and to my surprise I was not able to recall anything. Zip. Then I fell a sleep. And now the show begins:
Alarm clock went off 7 o clock in morning. I was so hell of a tired (why, slept 4 hours more than usual!?) and I pressed sleepy button witch one gives you 5 minutes to sleep (nokia phone) and I saw a dream. Then alarm went off... again I pressed sleep mode, and another dream appeared. And so I slept and pressed sleep mode til it was 8 o clock and I really needed to wake up. I went quickly to bath room.... and instantly I realized I have forgotten all the dreams. I went to kitchen, grabbed paper and started to recall. And I did it. Last dream I remembered was something about weird place, some kind of country side. I was supposed to sell bee honey in market!? I remember that I was questioning myself why I must sell a honey. No lucid experience in that dream. Then I traced back even more back. I was not able to recall the pauses in dream when I switched to sleep mode, but I was able to in sequence backtrack events in my dreams. And I continued. I asked my self, how I got to this country side near road. And I recalled I got there from some kind of farm. There where ones who asked me to go sell the honey. I recalled that no lucid there, but interesting fact is that all I was able to recall so clearly. Then I thought how I got to this farm. And I recalled it was morning. I was underground, some kind of dark place perhaps basement. I recalled that someone tried to break trough ceiling. I tried to break a wall , thought I saw light next room via broken wall. I recalled that I was scared. Then I recalled that I was able to break the wall by just touching it. And I even thought that I must have superpowers, and here where I become a lucid: I thought I must be sleeping and I have superpowers, I broke the wall and I had crowbar in my hand, the angry man who tried to kill me just jumped down in and was hooked into my crowbar and died, I did not even moved. I knew it was dream and I was superpowers here, then I went outside, and lost lucid state. then happened other dreams as I traced them back.
So the point is , that dream trace back is very important, you are able to recall when you was lucid.
Second point is in that phone 5 minutes sleep mode. I was able to see dreams instantly after I slept again. So I try to experiment with this phone next morning again.
