Thread: lucid dreams i had

Hello all this is my first post, i have to tel you i am verry pleased to have found this site i find this verry interesting

I have had many lucid dreams in the past when i was between the age of 12-15, sadly enough i dont get many now i think i dont sleep enough.

I remember my first lucid dream (atleast i think it was my first) i was at my school on the playground, i was alone.
Sudenly i released it was a dream and strangly enough i found that experience verry scary i felt trapped in my dream, bet i could also control it.
I wanted to leave my dream and used a brik to trow trough the windows of the school and that helpt, after a smal time i was awake and pretty shocked about it to.

After that experience i had many others some whit alot of control some whit verry little, when i woke up it somtimes made me verry confused and a bit away from realety for a whille.

the strangest dream i ever had took place at my home i was in my chamber and whent to sleep in my dream ,then i woke up in my dream that was the stranged moment ever at first everything seemed verry realistic and detailed bet i sudenly became confused about things that didnt make sence i saw a cactus in my chamber and i didnt have one the more i looked the more i realized this wasnt real then it hit me i was dreaming.
I didnt get control though i just knew i was dreaming and i got myself awake and was extreemly confused afterwords.

I hope i can get lucid dreams again as they can be verry fun if you have enough control the feeling of doing everything you cant do in real life is just great, on the other hand i sometimes find them scary if you are in a scary envirement and cant get control while wanting to get up.
